Poco Pattino respects your privacy and we are committed to protecting it. All information collected by us is used for internal purposes only and will not be sold to or shared with any person, business, or entity outside our business. We occasionally send e-mail notices of sales or new arrivals to customers. To make sure that you receive these notices you can add your address to our mailing list.
Sales Tax will be charged at a rate of 7% to Florida residents. All shipments out of the state of Florida will not be charged.
Poco Pattino’s regular shipping days are Monday thru Friday, except Holidays. Most orders are shipped within 2 to 3 days of receiving your order. We ship USPS Priority Mail which normally gets your package to you in 2 to 3 regular business days once it is shipped. Before inquiring about your order, please allow 7 to 10 working days from the time you placed your order. All order shipped within the United States will be charged at the rate of $7.50 for the first $100.00 of merchandise, $11.25 shipping for merchandise totals between $100 to $149.99 and FREE for orders over $150.00. Any orders requesting special services such as insurance or signature verification require additional charges. Shipping to Canada will be charged at a rate of $15.00 for the first $100 of merchandise. $25.00 shipping for merchandise totals between $100 to $200 continuing at a rate of $10.00 increments per every $100.
We want you to be delighted with your purchase, if however, for some reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item for a refund or exchange in the event that a different size is needed. Returns must be made within 10 days of receipt. Items must be in their original, unworn condition. Any merchandise returned after 10 days from receipt can only be returned for exchange or in-store credit. We regret that we cannot refund purchases older than 30 days of receipt. Original shipping charges and your return mailing charges for returns are not refundable. Exchange shipping is charged at the above shipping rates. Your return mailing charges are reimbursable if the item is being returned is a result of our error. You may receive store credit or have us credit your credit card for the amount of the return. We can only credit the card used for the original purchase. We can not credit a different card. We do not give refunds by cash or check. In order to properly process your return, you must perform the following steps. These steps are important so that we know you are trying to return an item and we can properly credit your account.
Step 1:Please email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or contact us by phone at 813-258-1900 to notify us of a return. We will give you a Return Authorization number.
Step 2:Once you have received the RA# and other information from us, you can pack the product in the original box if possible. Otherwise, properly pack the item in another box for mailing. Address the package as follows: Poco Pattino, 2223 North Westshore Boulevard, Ste 201, Tampa, FL 33607. Write the RA# on the outside of the package. We recommend that you insure your package before mailing. We can’t be responsible for the loss or damage of the package you are mailing. We must receive the item(s) in original condition in order to credit your account.
Step 3:Ship the package back to us via the carrier of your choice.
Remember that we recommend that you insure the package. We will send you an e-mail when we receive the package. We will begin processing your credit after receipt of the package. Note that it can take up to 6 weeks for a return to be credited on your credit card.
All payment information is sent through a secure server which encrypts the information for your protection. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also accept Pay Pal and are Pay Pal verified. You may also order by phone. Our store hours are Monday - Saturday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm EST. You may also place your order and pay by cashiers check or money order. We can not accept personal checks. You can print off your order and send it in along with your cashiers check or money order made out to Poco Pattino. We can not however accept checks drawn on non-US banks. This includes Canadian banks.
Need your order in a hurry? We can also ship overnight. Just select this under shipping options. You will be charged the current shipping rate for overnight delivery for your location. The minimum shipping charge on most overnight orders is $30.00. Orders placed during the weekend or holidays will not be shipped until the next regular business day. If you need your order shipped UPS you may request that option in the comment box on the second page of your order form when checking out. If you would like to know your exact shipping charges you may also request that information in the comment box of your order form or send us an e-mail and we will e-mail you the total.
